Requirements:

• Individuals must be pursuing an advanced degree Pre-Hospital Medicine, Fire Science, or Law Enforcement.

•  Individuals must reside in South Carolina or attend a College/University in South Carolina.

• The award for the scholarship will be $1,000 per year up to a maximum of four years subject to the recipient’s maintenance of a minimum 2.5 GPA.

• Once awarded, the recipient will not be required to re-apply each year but will be required to submit final GPA records at the conclusion of each academic year for consideration of any subsequent awards.

• If the recipient’s GPA drops below the required 2.5 the award will be forfeited for the following academic year. However, in the event the recipient can meet the 2.5 GPA requirement in subsequent years, the aware will be reinstated.

• The award will be paid directly to the college or university, which will apply the funds to the educational expenses of the recipient.
